Process
Assembled cables shift work from the plant to the workshop. Anything that arrives prepared, marked and tested shortens on-site installation time and reduces the risk of connection errors.
The basis is a reliable cable list: type, cross-section, length, contacting and marking must be unambiguous. We clarify missing information before production, because a cable cut to the wrong length cannot be reworked.
Production follows the approved data and is checked against the agreed characteristics. We define the test scope and documentation in advance – they differ considerably between one-off items and series.
