Every industry brings its own operating conditions, documentation obligations, plant standards and acceptance criteria. We clarify these requirements for each project instead of relying on generic standard statements.

Seven target industries
The industry pages set out the typical requirements, applications and the information needed for a reliable enquiry.
Machine & Plant Engineering
Individual machines, assembly and conveyor systems.
Automotive & Suppliers
Production lines, test rigs, intralogistics.
Energy Supply
Low-voltage distribution boards and load management.
Food Industry
Process and filling systems with hygiene requirements.
Environmental Technology
Water, wastewater, recycling and exhaust air.
Packaging Industry
Packaging systems and filling equipment
Research & Development
Test rigs, laboratories and pilot plants.
Other industries
Your industry isn't listed? We clarify the requirements on a project basis.
Process
The path from the first conversation to the tested control cabinet follows the same structure in every industry. What differs is the depth of the individual steps: a test rig for a research institute requires different verifications than a filling system in food production.
That is why the process does not start with the quotation, but with narrowing down the requirements. Ambient conditions, target market, plant standards and the required documentation determine design, component selection and scope of testing – and therefore schedule and price.
We work with what is available. If information is missing, it is documented and marked as an assumption rather than silently set. This keeps it traceable what a design is based on.
Each step can be commissioned individually. If you only need manufacturing, you get only manufacturing; if you need the complete project, you get one contact person for all four steps.
01
Clarify specification, interfaces, environment and standards.
02
Prepare design, documentation and approval.
03
Machine, assemble, wire and label.
04
Test, document and hand over for integration.
Industry-specific
Four areas determine how a control cabinet is designed, documented and accepted. They are clarified before the project starts – subsequent changes are costly in each of these areas.
Services from a single source
Engineering, manufacturing and testing are closely linked but can be ordered individually. The right scope depends on how far your documents have progressed and which steps you want to keep in-house.
Planning & Engineering
Technical clarification, design and engineering, schematic design, selection of components and interfaces.
Manufacturing
Mechanical machining, assembly and component mounting, professional wiring and cable assembly.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Visual, wiring and functional tests as well as project-specific measurements and traceable test reports.
Manufacturing Models
Regardless of the industry, quantity determines how manufacturing is organised. These four models can also be combined within a single project.
One-off Production & Prototyping
One-off units, samples and first builds with short lead times and a high degree of flexibility for changes.
Series Production & Assemblies
Repeatable production based on a frozen documentation status with a consistent testing system.
Contract Manufacturing
Manufacturing to customer-supplied documents, with partially or fully customer-supplied material.
Retrofit & Modernisation
Converting existing systems to available technology when components have been discontinued.
