Process
Wiring is the step where the quality of the documentation becomes visible. A complete, up-to-date schematic can be implemented quickly; an incomplete one raises queries that put the schedule under pressure.
We work to the approved drawing, not to an interpretation of it. Cross-sections, colours, wire-end processing and the separation of circuit types follow the agreed specifications and the target market.
Every connection is marked and checked against the drawing. Anything that stands out – a missing device, an implausible terminal assignment – is reported back to engineering instead of being decided in the workshop.
